Ribbit
Elijah finally had his first post-getting-glasses ophthalmology appointment this week. His prescription hasn't changed (which means his vision has not deteriorated since September--yay!). His droopy eyelid, however, after a brief initial improvement, has not continued to look up (up, get it? up? heheheh. . . ). So he is now the proud (well, really grumbling and reluctant) owner of an eye-patch. Unfortunately, the black one with the skull and crossbones on it was for the right eye. But the Amazonian tree frog is pretty cool, too.

I wore an eye patch as a kid, too. Mine was for "lazy eye". We used to put a patch on me and my teddy bear too. :)
S wears one every day for 4 hours!! He has actually become accustomed to it. Does E have to wear it all the time? If you are supposed to ge the disposable ones, I have a great online company we use. You can pick out your own designs. I will have to send you a patch picture of S to show E! Happy patching!
